Coaching is Hard Work

If you're investing time and money in executive coaching, we should make sure you achieve your desired result.

As your coach, my role is to:

  • Ask you the hard questions that lead to insight and real progress

  • Make sure we’re focusing on the most important topics

  • Help you hold yourself accountable for taking action

  • Provide tools to help you succeed

To support getting results from coaching, I ask clients to commit to the following:

Enrolling Allies

These are the people in your life who will help you spot progress and provide feedback throughout the journey.

Sending Action Intentions

After our sessions, you’ll send a short email to clarify your thinking and commitment to action.

Creating Intention Points

These are the moments in which you’ll pause and identify which skills you want to practice (e.g., in your Tuesday 10am staff meeting).

Adopting One New Physical Practice

Whether it’s a form of exercise, a breathing practice, a new sleep habit, a focus on nutrition, or something else, we want to identify new ways for you to feel “in the zone.”
